My wife and I came across the Beavers Bend area 14 years ago. We decided to stay in the area a few nights and realized this would be our forever getaway. We started staying in cabins in Hochatown on a regular basis. About 8 years ago, we decided to build our own cabins. We now have 3 beautiful cabins.
We as cabin owners have not been satisfied with the management companies we have chosen. We came to realize that starting our own cabin management company would be the best way to have not only our cabins, but also our clients’ cabins to receive Quality Management Services!
Our goal as a Quality Management Company is not to become the largest cabin management company, but to become the best Quality Cabin Management Company in the area at a fair management rate! Our goal is to only manage 35 cabins to maximize your cabins investment revenue! Giving all our guest the best Quality experience and encouraging them to come back year after year! Our management fees are very reasonable at 25%, lower than most. We provide all product, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and bath soap, coffee filters, creamer/sugar, and basic cleaning supplies. We charge the guest the indoor and outdoor cleaning fee, so that money never comes out of your pocket.
